Giveaway!! Perfume!!

Yes, this is a re-gift....I received 3 bottles of perfume for Christmas this year...I already have a bunch of it on top of the new stuff, so I figured I would give you all a chance to win some!!

Brilliance by Jessica McClintock perfume and body cream!

I had never heard of this perfume before I received it for Christmas...
My Grandma got it for me.  Now, don't go all thinking that I'm giving it away because it stinks or smells like old lady perfume, because it smells actually really good.  My Grandma has good taste in perfume and for many years, she has been using Lucky You which I own and it smells delicious!

The smell is floral, but it's not the overpowering floral or the floral that makes you smell like you just walked out of a flower place (what are those called anyway?)

It comes in a really cute box that can be used to store other stuff in and the perfume bottle is cute.  I really like perfume bottles, the fancier the better!!

So, what are you waiting for?

All you have to do it fill out the Rafflecopter form!!

Giveaway! E.L.F Makeup!!

Since I can't seem to shut my off and go to sleep, I thought I would put up a giveaway!

85 piece complete the look palette!!

I have heard people say they hate E.L.F., I have heard people say they love some things, but not all of it...

Well, I love all of E.L.Fs products!  Their eye shadow is great, stays on for a long time, their mascara is awesome, their eye liner I'm in love with...I don't wear lipstick of blush, but have tried theirs and love it!

So, I thought I would share my love for E.L.F products with my lovely bloggers!!

How nice of me! :) haha

One of my fabulous readers will win the Palette that is posted above!!

Thank you for being patient...Family emergency

Just thought I would drop in and say, I probably wont be posting for a couple more days.  I might though just to get my mind off of things...

I had a family emergency tonight and I'm super emotional and drained from it.  My mom is flying home from Minnesota for a couple days and is staying with us, so it's just going to be super crazy for us...

I'm really hoping to post some giveaways tomorrow, but I just don't know if I will get to them  I also really need to pick winners and I apologize for not getting them done.

I wish I could go more into details, but I can't at this time and I'm not sure if I will ever.

It's just so crazy around here!  I'm trying to hold myself together, but it's hard!  It's hard to be strong for people and it's even harder to not let people see me cry.

If you all could just send your thoughts and prayers my way that would be so greatly appreciated!  I need them and so does my family!

Thank you and I will hurry back!

XMAS Event: Bodycology review and giveaway!!

(Review and Giveaway)

I recently had the chance to review some more products from Bodycolgy!

I love me some Bodycology! They are always coming out with such great products!  They always smell good and work so well!

*~*~*~*~*
Here are the items I got to try:
New body cream called Enchanted forest!
It smells SO good!  It's not an over powering scent, but it's a mix of scents.  A little sweet with a hint of fruity.  Love it!  This is becoming one of my favorite body creams!  The smell of it, the way it makes my skin feel, and the way that it helps with my dry skin!  I'm always impressed by stuff from Bodycology!  I don't think I have ever received a bad product from them!

*~*~*~*~*
I also received their Antibacterial Scrubbing Hand Soap in Brown Sugar Vanilla!
I LOVE the smell of Vanilla! Like way LOVE it!  This is my favorite soap and I have been using it a ton!  I washed my hands one morning before I went to work and even through tons of hand washing's at work I could still smell it on my hands!!  It's long lasting smell and the fact that it is Antibacterial, has Aloe, Vitamin E, and Shea Butter in it, just makes me love it even more!  It makes my hands feel silky smooth!

*~*~*~*~*
I received a third product, but I have already tried this one out, so I have decided that I will give it away!
I LOVE this product!!
Island Coconut Shower gel and Bubble bath!  It's smell is amazing!  Flowery with coconut.  Not overpowering at all!  It doesn't make my skin dry out and it helps a ton in the winter!  I have hard water and my skin dries out after every shower, but using this it did not!  It's just a great product and I want to share one with you all!!

Want to win this bottle?

Christmas

*I missed a review and giveaway yesterday...I will make up for it tonight when we get back from Scott's moms!  I will post 2 tonight.*

Scott and I did Christmas yesterday! (I know, we almost made it to Christmas day!) We were planning on doing it today, because Oscar will be with Scott's mom tomorrow morning, so we were going to do it a day early...But I couldn't wait anymore! :)

We did Oscar and Yoshi's presents earlier in the day, then we did ours.
Here's some pictures:

Oscar's Stuff
All wrapped up

Checking it out...Watching his brother open his gifts and being very patient :)

Sniffing treats...And waiting again...Yoshi was taking too long :)

All of his stuff and his new shirt :)

Trying to get in his dog food...And of course getting a treat :)

He loves all of his stuff! :)

  Yoshi's stuff
I think we have turned our cat into a drug addict!!  He LOVES catnip!

Hunting mice and sniffing catnip

That board has a ball inside and catnip on the top! He's obsessed! Playing with his mouse!

He LOVES that board with catnip on it :) haha  He's giving it a big hug!  All of his stuff!

All wrapped up waiting for him :)

We opened our gifts a couple hours later :)
I got my second wedding band! :)  We got these last Saturday! :)
Scott got a new wedding band.  He wanted a black ring, so he got a ceramic one.  It's a very nice ring.  He just can't gain or lose weight in his hands, because it can't be re-sized! :)

Before opening presents and Scott in his new blanket

All the gifts. And another new blanket for Scott (my husband is OBSESSED with blankets!)

I got a new camera!!  And a ton of pictures!  They are all from 2011 (everything we did that year. This is now a new tradition!)

Scott got a leg lamp! :)

I got the Kindle Fire!!! (Scott says it's for both of us, but I'm sure I'll use it more!) And there's Scott leg lamp!!

We have a bunch more presents that I didn't take pictures of.  A lot of things are for the house.  Like new baking dishes, new knife set, a hand vacuum thing... We still have Christmas with his mom tonight and Christmas with my sister and dad tomorrow, then we are driving downstate to have Christmas with my dads side of the family....

Do you wait until Christmas to open gifts?  Or do you do them early because you have a ton going on?  This year is a busy Christmas time for us...

Christmas survey!!

Stolen from Table for MORE

1. Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate?
Hot Chocolate...Eggnog is gross!

2. Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?
Santa doesn't wrap them...Katie wraps them...And Scott does some of them too

3. Colored lights on tree/house or white?

COLORED!!  I LOVE colored lights!

4. Do you hang mistletoe?
Nope...I don't need mistletoe to get some kisses ;-)

5. When do you put your decorations up?
Ummm...This year it was I think 2 weekends before Thanksgiving!!  I love Christmas decorates, so I put them up pretty early!! :)

6. What is your favorite holiday dish?
I don't really know...

7. Favorite Holiday memory as a child?
Going to my Grandma and Grandpas house to have Christmas dinner and getting up early to open presents from "Santa"

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Santa?
Hmmmm...I had a sister that was 3 years older than me, so I think she told me and it was around 6 or 7

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
This year we are opening the all.  Only because Oscar wont be here Christmas morning, he will be with Scott's mom so we can drive downstate on Christmas and wont have to drive all the way back in town.  We usually open them whenever...I think the earliest we have done it was a week before Christmas

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?
Lots of colored lights and random ornaments!!  And we just got a smaller tree this year that is white and we put green lights on that and that tree holds our "ugly" ornaments! :)

11. Snow! Love it or Dread it?
Love it!  I live in Michigan, so we get tons (apparently not this year though!) I don't really mind driving in it either, I just hate when other people are driving in it with me... I get really annoyed when people complain so much about it when they live here...They know it comes every year, they know it's going to be the same way...If nothing is holding you back, move somewhere, where it doesn't snow...

12. Can you ice skate?
Can white men jump? (that answer to that is no, according to the movie called "white men can't jump") :)
I think I tried once when I was little and failed!  And never went back and tried again!

13. Do you remember your favorite gift?
When I was really young my favorite gift was Mr. Bear, a bear that I still have.  Growing up, I'm sure my favorite was money...Two years ago, my favorite was my wedding band and a DS, and a personalized plaque, don't remember last years and I have a feeling everything will be my favorite other than the fact that I didn't get that damn puppy I have been wanting for YEARS! :(

14. What’s the most important thing about the Holidays for you?
Spending time with the fam!

15. What is your favorite Holiday Dessert?
Hmmm, not really sure...

16. What is your favorite holiday tradition?
The new one we started a few years ago...
Buying a couple "ugly" ornaments each year!! :)  Love it!

17. What tops your tree?
Nothing...I wanted a tree topper, but never went to the store to pick one out.

18. Which do you prefer giving or receiving?
Ummm...I'm not going to lie...Receiving is fricken awesome!!  But I do like to give!!

19. Candy Canes: Yuck or Yum?
Love them!  I just found sour ones and of course had to get the sweet tart ones too! :)

20. Favorite Christmas show?
A CHRISTMAS STORY, Elf, The Santa Clause, and I can't remember the name of the other one.

21. Saddest Christmas Song?
None

22. What is your favorite Christmas song?
I'm not a big fan of Christmas music....

Now it's your turn!! Come join in!!!

XMAS Event: icaughtsanta.com review and giveaway!!

(Review and Giveaway)

I recently had the chance to review a picture from icaughtsanta!!

I was WAY over excited for this!  I received my code last night and when I got home tonight, it was the first thing I did!!

(picture taken from their site)

This is such a neat idea for little kids (not to mention us big kids as well :))

It's so easy to use!  You just take a picture of your house anywhere you would like to put Santa.  I think the best places to take a photo would be in front of the tree, fireplace or by the table where you are going to put the cookies for Santa!  Upload it to the website, place your Santa where you want him, size him, add a border if you would like and then tah-da!!  It's that simple!!

I had a picture of our Christmas tree, so I uploaded that and put in a picture of Santa putting presents under the tree!

Here is the result!
I LOVE it!!

It really does look like he's actually in our house, putting presents under the tree!! :)

You can print them, save them to your computer, and add them to Facebook to share with your friends and family!!

~You can get 25% off your order by using the code SAVE25~

Want to surprise your kids with a picture of Santa in your house putting presents under the tree, eating the milk and cookies you left out, or even taking a name on your couch?  Then I have something for you!!

icaughtsanta, is giving FIVE of my readers a code for you to make a photo of Santa in your house!!

The coolest thing about this giveaway is that all you have to do is LIKE them on FACEBOOK and leave me a comment that you did this!!  That's it!!!!!

This giveaway will end on 12/24/11

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Winner of the Ad Card!!!

XMAS Event: Scunci Midi Lindziclip review and giveaway!!

(Review and Giveaway)

I recently was able to review the ScUnci Linziclip (the midi size)

"The Linziclip is as simple to use as your go-to claw clips, but with a cleaner, more polished look! Like a claw clip, springs and “teeth” are used to grip the hair tightly, but they are hidden within a sleek cylinder exterior that comes in a variety of sizes, colors, designs and finishes. Its unique flat bottom design allows for a firm, yet comfortable hold (feel free to lay your head back), while the hinges are placed discreetly on the sides of the clip – no more “butterfly” wings on top of the clip!"
(taken from review email)

They offer two different sizes midi (mini) and maxi sizes.  They range from $3.99 and $5.99 at many different stores.

My Thoughts:
I love this hair clip!  I don't usually wear clips as much, but have worn this one a ton of times.  This doesn't pull your hair and it's super comfortable to wear.  I like how the hinges are hidden.  On other clips you can see them and it's not pretty.  While wearing this clip you can lean your head back without your head being poked by the clip, you can even lay down with this in your hair!  I like the small size, because how good it looks in my hair.  It also comes in a bunch of different colors.

You will not be disappointed in this hair clip!  It's perfect to use for up-dos, half ponytails, and even children's hair!

Scunci is giving one of my readers the same clip that I reviewed!! How cool is that??!

Just fill out the Rafflecopter form! :)
