Chicken Parmesan. This is the first time I have ever made this and didn't use a recipe!! It was SOOO yummy!!! It's a must make again. I will post the recipe soon on my cooking blog, that I have been VERY much slacking on :)

I just got back from lunch with my friend...I had a great time. Great food, great conversation, and great company! I need to do these more often... Oscar was soo mad when I left, because he has to go in a pen when we leave the house!
I REALLY need to clean the house, but I just want to be lazy...I have been watching The Hills marathon all day! It's on for MANY hours today :)
